How do we send your flowers?
Your flowers are sent by Royal Mail first class post and are transported to the mainland by airplane or by ship where they joint the main postal service.
When will my flowers arrive?
Your flowers should arrive 1-2 days within the date you have chosen. Most flowers arrive the day after posting but we can't guarantee this.
What happens if there is a delay getting them posted?
Due to our remote location occasionally delays can occur normally due to weather. We plan ahead in an effort to minimise the impact of travel disruption but this is why we cannot 100% guarantee a specific delivery day.
When do I need to order by?
We post out flowers from Monday to Thursday so it is always best to get your order to us by 12 noon to post them out the same day. During busy periods of the year such as Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothering Sunday it is advisable to order well in advance.
